10:00 AM | Feminine Yoga - Group ClassFeminine Yoga is an Empowering Yoga Practice that is made to awaken and cultivate Your Feminine Energy.
Yoga intends to create balance, and the physical practice of yoga can bring this about in many different ways. One way, which often can be so subtle as to go unnoticed, is by interacting with the constant dance between the masculine and feminine energies within each of us. When these energies are in harmony, we’re able to draw on the best qualities of each—characteristics including strength and assertiveness from the masculine, as well as fortitude and grace from the feminine. Inevitably, there are times when we embody more of one or the other energy, and this imbalance tends to reveal itself in all aspects of life.
Bringing ourselves back to a place of balance means cultivating more of the qualities of the opposing energy, and our physical yoga practice can influence this. Dynamic movements, such as a vigorous vinyasa style that requires strength and power, influence the masculine, whereas gentle, introspective, and passive approaches, such as slow, restorative, or Yin Yoga channel the feminine. Yet these are not mutually exclusive qualities. We can cultivate strength in asanas that also bring awareness to the sacral chakra and the heart chakra energy centers that tend to be more representative of the feminine and that exist within each of us. Simply being aware of how we’re holding our bodies in any pose or moment is part of the balancing experience. Understanding the energies of various poses is another aspect of bringing things back into harmony.

07:30 PM | Women circle “Women’s circles are a gathering of women, for women. These sisterhood meetings give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower.”
Women’s circles are a gathering of women, for women. These sisterhood meetings give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower.
The women’s circle is a place for community. As an inclusive space, the women’s circle welcomes all ages and brings together the generations. Great-grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers, and daughters sit together in solidarity. The elders pass down their wisdom learned through experience. New generations of girls restore the childlike wonder and playfulness of youth to their elders. Together, shared strength circulates through every generation, a way to empower each other to participate meaningfully in the community and pave the way for future female generations. The women’s circle reinforces female empowerment and sisterhood Society has often found ways to break apart the sacred bonds between women. A women’s circle reminds sisters to treat each other as allies, rather than competition. We don’t ostracize or gossip. We don’t point out flaws or compete for a man. Instead, we embrace women as our sisters by lifting each other up. The women’s circle celebrates the divine feminine In the last centuries, society has glorified the traits of the yang masculine energy like ambition, logic, competition, and accomplishment. And while the universe needs the masculine, it also calls for the yin feminine to rise up and maintain balance. The women’s circle is a chance to tap into the divine feminine. Women reawaken their connection to intuition, imagination, and the ability to flow with the rhythms of life. As they reconnect with that divine feminine through sisterhood support, they can better express that wisdom within their relationships, families, and communities, to restore the balance of the masculine and feminine in the world at large. The women’s circle is a place of self-care Women play essential roles in societies. They are the mothers, the wives, the aunts, the sisters. They uphold positions of power, guiding future generations of females to pursue their dreams. They are the queens of multi-tasking, caring for their families, and paying the bills while juggling a career. Often busy lives get in the way of self-care. The women’s circle is a moment for self-love. It gives women permission to take time to nurture themselves. A circle of sisters offers a “pat on the back,” a time to appreciate all the hard work that goes into womanhood. It’s a time to rest, to connect with sisters, and focus on physical and mental wellbeing. Join us! |

Mommy and Baby Yoga - 8 weeks to 7 monthMomma and Baby Yoga
Mama and Baby Yoga will help you stretch, strengthen, and breathe while bonding with your baby and getting to know other new moms. Our classes offer strengthening and restorative movements for mamas and yoga poses done with your baby.
Mamas are encouraged to go at their own pace and rest whenever needed.
Babies will laugh and cry, fuss and fidget. If the baby needs to be fed or changed during class, no problem! You'll notice during class that every baby will do the same! Mamas simply stop and attend to their needs at any point and rejoin the practice when they can.
You will feel centered, strong, energized, and at ease with your new baby. Moms can attend classes as soon as they are medically cleared for exercise (usually 6 weeks postpartum).

Breath Work Private Session Breathwork is powerful tool for self-exploration and self-care.
Liat is qualified instructor who can guide you through the practice safely and effectively.
Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of the breath to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional benefits. It is often used as a form of meditation or relaxation technique.
In a breathwork class, you can expect to learn different breathing techniques and exercises under the guidance of an instructor. The class typically begins with gentle warm-up exercises and stretches to prepare the body for breathing practices. The instructor will then guide you through various breathing techniques, which may include deep diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, breath retention, or specific rhythmic patterns.
The purpose of these techniques is to bring awareness to your breath, increase oxygen flow, and promote relaxation and mindfulness. Breathwork can help calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, enhance emotional well-being, and increase overall vitality.
During the class, the instructor may also incorporate elements such as visualization, guided meditation, or sound therapy to enhance the experience and deepen relaxation. The atmosphere is usually calm and supportive, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
There is no better time to join a breath work class and enjoy the benefits it can bring to your well-being!
